Every MMCC location must first become an effective teaching and learning environment before it can become a successful business. Qualifications

A Solid Financial Foundation
*Minimum Credit Score of 680 or Higher
*Previous Industry Experience (preferred)
*5 years management experience
*Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
*Availability to attend a 6-week Training and Support workshop.
*A thorough understanding of the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Documents) and franchise agreement.

Financial Requirements

*Total investment required $200k - $250k *Approximate annual costs - $400k *Net worth of $500k *Liquid Capital of $150k *Ability to obtain funding if choosing to deviate from the site study and site approval approach. *Monthly commitment to pay franchisor royalties of 20% of your gross income, Or 15% should you choose to own the land and build your own commercial unit.
